1. Welcome & Agreement

By enrolling in Elevate – Performance and Leadership Coaching (“Elevate,” “Program,” “We,” “Us”), you (“Client,” “You,” or “Parent/Guardian” for minors) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, coaching sessions, communications, and program participation through Sussner Performance Coaching.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete registration or participate in the Program.

2. Monthly Membership & Automatic Billing

Elevate is a month-to-month coaching membership with automatic recurring billing. By enrolling, you authorize Elevate (Sussner Performance Coaching) to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.

You acknowledge that:

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days

Pricing is honored at the time of registration but may increase for new members

Your card will be billed monthly unless you submit a cancellation request as described below

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected] at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received inside the 14-day window will apply to the next billing cycle.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the email above. Verbal, text, or social media messages are not valid cancellation requests.

4. Refund Policy

Because this program includes coaching, planning, and reserved access/training space, all payments are non-refundable once processed. No refunds are provided for:

Missed sessions or late cancellations

Partial months

“Change of mind”

Lack of participation

There are no exceptions.

5. Coaching Expectations

Elevate provides coaching in athletic performance, mindset development, and leadership. Client understands:

Results vary based on effort, participation, mindset, and consistency

Coaching is educational and developmental—not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

Progress is not guaranteed

6. Behavior & Conduct Policy

Elevate is a positive, growth-centered coaching environment. We expect athletes to:

Show respect to themselves, coaches, teammates, and facility spaces

Demonstrate effort, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Maintain a growth mindset—not perfection, but progress

Negative behavior, including gossip, disrespect, bullying, drama, or lack of effort, may result in program dismissal without refund.

7. Parent/Athlete Communication Boundaries

To support athlete growth, confidence, and independence:

Athletes are expected to communicate directly with Coach Jodi whenever possible

Parents may communicate for scheduling, safety, or billing purposes only

All program communication must be handled via email

No coaching questions will be handled via text or social media DM

This boundary protects the athlete-coach relationship and supports proper development.

8. Release of Liability

You understand that Elevate coaching may include physical movement, strength training, and athletic conditioning, which carry inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Sussner Performance Coaching, Elevate, and Coach Jodi Sussner from any liability for injury, accident, or damages that may occur.

If you have a medical condition, injury, or limitation, consult your physician before participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All program materials—including training sessions, mindset frameworks, worksheets, videos, and resources—are property of Sussner Performance Coaching and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced.

10. Termination

We may remove any client from the program for misconduct, violation of these terms, or disruption to other athletes. No refunds will be issued in this case.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration (name, email, phone, payment information) is used to manage your account, communicate regarding the Program, and deliver coaching services.

Email Communication

By joining Elevate, you agree to receive program updates, coaching resources, and relevant communication through email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but program-related communication is required for participants.

We do not sell or share your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.

12. Dispute Policy

Any disputes will be handled professionally through written communication first, followed by mediation if necessary. Minnesota law governs these Terms.

13. Agreement

By registering, you agree that:

You have read and accept these Terms & Conditions

You understand Elevate is a recurring monthly membership

You authorize automatic monthly billing until cancelled

You agree to the 14-day cancellation notice and no-refund policy
