For over 25 years, I’ve coached athletes of all levels—building strength, resilience, and belief from the inside out. I hold a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Human Performance, and I've spent my career collecting tools that go far beyond the weight room. My certifications span strength and conditioning, holistic nutrition, Pilates, mindset coaching, and more.

But this program—Elevate—is deeply personal.

As a former high-performing athlete, I know what it feels like to struggle silently with self-doubt, pressure, and the weight of expectations. I created this program to give young female athletes what I wish I had: a space to be seen, supported, and equipped with tools that build not just performance—but confidence, calm, and clarity.

Whether your daughter is chasing college scholarships, striving for the starting lineup, or simply wants to feel proud of herself again, Elevate is here to guide her every step of the way.

Group Training Schedule

Athletes can attend up to two group training sessions per week, making this a great option for those who thrive in a team environment and need flexibility around school, practice, and other commitments. Scheduling is completely flexible — athletes can choose any dates and times that work best each week.

Your scheduling link will be provided at checkout and emailed to you for easy booking.

In addition to group training, athletes also receive two personal mindset coaching sessions each month, scheduled directly with Jodi using a simple link delivered to your inbox.

 

Choose from the following training times:

Mondays: 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Tuesdays: 3:30 – 4:30 PM

Wednesdays: 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Thursdays: 3:00 – 4:00 PM

 

If these times don’t work for your schedule, contact Jodi. We’ll make adjustments when possible, and private training is available at an additional cost. This schedule is fluid — we adjust as needed based on in-season and off-season athletes.

Choose from our group training sessions or opt for private one-on-one coaching if the group schedule doesn’t work for you. Private training is available for an additional cost and must be booked separately after enrolling in the program.

  • 1x monthly group coaching call for the entire Elevate community

Not at all. This program supports athletes across all sports—from gymnastics and soccer to dance, softball, and more!
