My passion for fitness, nutrition, and performance comes from years of helping people navigate the overwhelm and finally find an approach that feels practical, sustainable, and effective. 

After more than 25 years in the health and wellness industry, I know how easy it is to get lost in conflicting advice — especially when you’re working hard and still not seeing the results you want.

I’m a health and wellness coach, gym owner, nutrition coach, and educator, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier habits that last. 

This workshop was created to make nutrition feel simpler, more doable, and more personalized so you can fuel your body with intention and feel your best.
